Feeling more joyous than sorrowful (but recognizing the place for both), I like this Swedish proverb (I know... Swedish proverb?!)

Shared joy is double-joy, and shared sorrow is half-sorrow.

And now in it's native Swedish (thanks Phil!)

Delad glädje är dubbel glädje

Hmmmm, i like that proverb. Let's do some shared joy and bring my 60 watt light bulb to a 120. Are you ready? another time for the shared sorrow....

I'd rather bring your 7 watt compact flourescent to a 14 watter if we're sticking to that analogy, but I'm all for it. :)

"Delad glädje är dubbel glädje" if anyone is interested in the Swedish original.

You probably aren't that interested though. Most people (I find) usually just want to know what "Screw you mom" is in all languages. It is, after all, a phrase that is so useful, so versatile.
